عزيزي الرجل .. هل تعلم أن حركات وتعبيرات المرأة الجسدية لها تفسيرات ومعاني مثلها مثل لغة الكلام ؟ نعم إنها حقيقة، فلغة الجسد هي أسلوب لتوصيل معلومة أو فكرة لشخص آخر دون تحريك اللسان، وتستطيع هذه اللغة توصيل معلومة دون علم صاحبها وإن أراد أن يخفيها بلسانه فإنه لا يستطيع أن يمسك جسده كي لا يبوح بها .
لذا إذا كنت تريد أن تعرف هل هذه المرأة تحبك أو هل هي فقط معجبة بك ؟، فلا تقطف أوراق الوردة على طريقة ” تحبني أو لا تحبني ” فكل ما عليك هو مراقبة لغة جسدها عندما تتحدث إليك، وجرب أن تغير وضعية جسدك أثناء الحديث لها، فإذا قلدتك فإنها مهتمة بك، فالنساء يقلدن حركات من يعجبن به بشكل لا شعوري، كما ذكرت دراسة ألمانية.
وقد راقب العلماء مجموعة من الرجال والنساء الذين يلتقون بعضهم ببعض لأول مرة، ووجدوا أنه كلما كانت المرأة منجذبة للشخص الذي أمامها، قلدت بشكل لا شعوري حركات تململه وتغير وضعية جسمه أو طريقة جلوسه، فتقليدنا لإيماءات حركات شخص هو استجابة اتوماتيكية عندما نحبه.
وذكر العلماء أنه يمكن للرجل الاستفادة من عملية التقليد بشكل عكسي إذا شعربأن المرأة غير مهتمة به، بحيث يحاول أن يدير اللعبة ويقلدها بحركاتها وإيماءاتها فربما تشعر بانجذاب نحوه.
نظرة العيون وتأثيرها
ولا يقتصر التعبير عن الحب من خلال لغة الجسد فقط، بل يمكن للمرأة أو الرجل التعبير عن مدي حبهم للأخر عن طريق نظرة العيون، فالعيون لها دور مهم وفعال في إظهار ما يخفيه المرء بداخله، فهي تعتبر أحد أسرار الجاذبية التي يفهم بها الرجل رغبة المرأة في الحب والإعجاب والعكس .
وكان فريق من العلماء البريطانيين والاسكتلنديتين قد أكدوا أن النظر إلى العيون مباشرة مع ابتسامة خفيفة هو أحد أسرار المرأة الخفية أو الرجل الخفي .
وأفادت الدراسة البريطانية التي شملت 460 شخصاً من الجنسين بالتساوي أن النظرة المباشرة والابتسامة العريضة يساعدان في إقناع الشخص الآخر بأنه “الشريك المناسب”، وفضل المشاركون النظرة المباشرة والوجه المبتسم، وظهر أن تأثير الشعور بالانجذاب من النظرة المباشرة كان واضحاً .
الصوت دليل قوي
ورغم أن للصوت مدلولات خاصة تظهر من خلالها ما تخفيه الشخصية الحقيقية، فهو أيضاً له تأثير كبير وخاص على من يسمعه، وكما يقال “الأذن تعشق قبل العين أحياناً “، لذلك فهو من أسلحة المرأة الجذابة، التي تستطيع من خلاله أن تجذب إليها كل من تحب، وأكبر دليل على ذلك انجذاب بعض الرجال للمرأة من خلال سماع صوتها الجميل في التليفون، كما أنه سبب أساسي وأكيد في نجاح العلاقات الزوجية، فنبرة الصوت الهادئة تحرك مشاعر الرجل القوية وتجعلها سيل من الحنان والعاطفة، والمرأة الذكية هي التي تحسن استخدام أسلحتها الأنثوية وتبسطها، فصوتها وروعة إيقاعه وقدرتها على الحديث من أهم العوامل التي تؤثر بشكل كبير في مشاعر الرجل، فالمرأة التي تنتقي كلماتها وتعرف متى تتكلم ومتى تصمت وتعلم مواطن الضحك والتهكم وغيرها من الأصوات هي المرأة التي تملك أهم عامل من عوامل جذب اهتمام الرجل وتوثيق علاقات الألفة والمودة والتجاوب.
دلالك يجذب الرجال
وتؤكد ميجان بروفوست اختصاصية علم النفس في جامعة اونتاريو، والتي أشرفت على دراسة سمتها “خطوة الدلال”، أن المرأة في فترة خصوبتها، تدرس خطواتها بعناية شديدة وهي لا تتدلل إلا أمام شخص تنجذب إليه وترى فيه مشروعاً مفترضاً للإنجاب منه، في حين إنها تسير على غير هدى أمام رجل لا تعتقد بأنه يمثل “الزوج المثالي”.
وأوضحت ميجان أن المرأة تعطي الجنس الآخر إشارات مختلفة يفهم الرجل الذكي فقط معناها الحقيقي ويتلقاها البعض بغباء ويرون فيها تعالياً وكبرياء .
وبعد دراسة مفصلة لخطوات النساء فى فترات مختلفة من الشهر أمام 40 رجلاً متطوعاً تبين لميجان أن هذه الخطوات تختلف باختلاف الهرمونات التي تفرزها بناء على إشارات من المخ ووفق من تراه أمامها من الرجال، وشددت على أن خطوات المرأة تهدأ وتخف حركة أردافها في فترات خصوبتها، ما قد يعني إنها تخفي استعدادها للإنجاب عن غير المؤهلين من الرجال.
ووافق الدكتور جون مانينج، من جامعة سنترال لانكشاير على نتائج الدراسة الكندية، وقال : “إن من طبيعة المرأة الرغبة برجل واحد لرعاية أبنائها وهي تحمي نفسها وخصوبتها دائماً عن غير المؤهلين”.
عطرك لغة للتواصل
ولا نستطيع أن ننسي العطر ودوره المهم في التعبير عن الحب والإعجاب من قبل الطرفين، فالعطر لغة خاصة تستطيع من خلاله المرأة جذب انتباه الرجال، فالرجال يعشقون عطور النساء ويميلون تجاه العطور الهادئة التي ترسم صورة خاصة ومميزة للمرأة في عيونهم، كما أن المرأة تميل لعطور الرجال القوية التي تفرض شخصية الرجل وتجعله أكثر جاذبية وأناقة.
وإليك بعض النصائح المهمة التي تساعدكما على اختيار العطر المناسب لكما :
ـ لا تكتف بشم العطر من زجاجته ولكن يجب وضع القليل منه على الجلد وتركه لمدة 10دقائق للتعرف على رائحته الحقيقية .
ـ أنسب مكان لوضع العطر عند اختياره على الرسخين مكان النبض أو عند الجزء الداخلي من منطقة الكوع.
ـ يجب عدم اختيار رائحة أكثر من أربعة أنواع مختلفة من العطور في وقت واحد .
ـ الروائح الرقيقة كروائح الزهور والفاكهة مناسبة لفصل الصيف، أما الروائح الثقيلة التى تحتوي على زيوت عطرية أفضل لفصل الشتاء، لأنها تعطي إيحاء بالدفء.
ـ لابد من مراعاة مناسبة نوع العطر لوقت التعطر ففي الصباح يفضل استخدام العطور الزهرية الخفيفة قليلة الكحول بينما العطور القوية في رائحتها تناسب المساء .
ـ إذا لم تعثر على العطر الذى يناسبك ويؤثر في شخصيتك ويرضي مزاجك لا تجبر نفسك على عطر لا تحبه وداوم على البحث عن عطرك المفضل .
