الطريقة وهو أن يأخذ الرجل زوجتة برومنسية إلى غرفة النوم وينومها على السرير بسيل من القبلات ويبداء بي تجريد ملابسها فقط دون لمس أي جزء من جسمها لكي تثار كثيرا ثم يحضر أي قطعة من القماش ويغطي أعيونها فيه جيدا ويحضر قالب من الثلج الصغير الذي يقدم مع العصير أكيد عرفتموه ولابد من أن تكون الزوجه مستلقيه على السرير فتبداء أنت بالعمل بتمرير الثلجه بهدوء على شفاه الزوجه وتنتقل إلى الرقبه بهدوء ولا تدع زوجتك تتحرك أبدا وقل لها فقط إسترخي ولا تكلمها كلمه واحده فقط كلمه إسترخي بهدوء ثم أكمل تمرير الثلجه إلى الصدر ولكن لا تلمس الحلمه حرك الثلجه على جميع الصدر و إقترب إلى الحلمه ثم إبتعد عنها لكي تثار أكثر و أكثر و ثم توقف عن تحر يك الثلجه سوف تجد أن الثلجه تنقط قطرات من الماء فتوجه مباشره إلى البطن وإنتظر تنقيط الثلجه في الصره صوف تبداء الزوجه بالصراخ من شده المتعه ثم أكمل عمليه تحريك الثلجه على البطن والخصر وإقترب على المنطقه الحساسه و إبتعد لكي تثيرها أكثر و أكثر ثم حرك الثلجه من عند الركبه إلى أن تصل إلى المنطقه الحساسه و إبتعد وكرر هذه العمليه أكثر من مره سوف تجد الزوجه وصلت لدرجه الغليان رغم وجود الثلج سوف تفتح عينيها وتبداء هي في عمليه الجماع
بس عليك أن تكون يدك خغيفه بالتحريك وحافظ على هدوئك
