الجنس الفموي

هو إتصال الفم بالمهبل vagina ويسمى في هذه الحالة cunnilingus
أو إتصال الفم بالقضيب penis فيسمى هنا بـ fellatio
أو كلاهما معآ
إن أصل كلمة fellatio مأخوذة من الكلمة اليونانية fellare وهي تعني المص suck
أما كلمة cunnilingus فهي عبارة عن كلمتين يونانيتين هما
cunnus وتعني الفرج vulva و lingere وتعني اللعق licking
يطلق على الجنس الفموي ايضآ رقم أو الوضعية 69 وبالفرنسية soixante-neuf
لأن وضيعة اجسام الشريكين أثناء الجنس الفموي تشبه هذا الرقم
بالرغم من أن العلاقات الجنسية الفموية يعتبرها البعض من السلوك الجنسي المنحرف
إلا أنه يمارس وينبغي موافقة الشريكين على ممارسته .
وهذا النوع من العلاقات الجنسية ينبغي ألا يُفرَض مطلقآ من قبل أحد الشريكين على الآخر بالقوة والإكراه
كما يفترض بهذه العلاقة أن تحقق متعة متبادلة وأن تكون مرغوبة من قبل الشريكين معآ .
عندما يصبح ممارسة هذا النوع من النشاط الجنسي على حساب الممارسة الجنسية الطبيعية
فإن هناك مشكلة نفسية وجنسية وجسدية عند أحد الشريكين أو عندهما معآ
ولكن غالبآ ما تكون المشكلة نفسية تجب معالجتها .
يتطلب الجنس الفموي إتخاذ أقصى الإحتياطات الصحية والوقائية من الطرفين
منعآ لتسرب الجراثيم والعدوى بالأمراض المتناقلة عبر الجنس .
يمكن أن نعتبر إن الجنس الفموي آمن في حالة كان الشريكين أصحاء .
لكن قد يتطلب الأمر غسل القضيب والمنطقة المحيطة به تجنبآ لأية روائح قد تنبعث منه
أما بالنسبة للشريكة فهذا أمر غير ضروري على الرغم من أن بعض الشريكآت يفضلن ذلك
لكن من الناحية الطبية ، فإن الغسل قد يجرف ويزيل البكتيريا النافعة الساكنة في المهبل
والتي تحميه طبيعيآ .عمومآ ، قد تخرج بعض راوئح الأطعمة التي تم تناولها مؤخرآ ،
ولعل الإستحمام الشامل للجسم قبل ممارسة هذا النوع من الجنس هو افضل حل للطرفين
